Create moments and spaces for trust-building
- As a local government actor, create and facilitate accessible spaces for different actors to meet, build trust and solve common issues. Citizen assemblies and forums, community hearings etc.
- Commit to addressing concerns that are raised in these spaces. The trust between residents and local government gets broken when the outcomes of these processes are ignored.
